Heather,
You give me inspiration! I just got my first copy of Triathlete and, of course, you are featured. I can't believe your longevity! Wow! I'm forty, male and have been off of competition (up until recently) for 12 years. I wish I hadn't quit everything along the way. But you know, that's life. And I still have a lot of life left. Thanks for being a shining example of excellence!
